Welcome to your Whitstable Seaside Holiday....
The Beach House is the perfect place to enjoy yourself in Whitstable. We want you to feel that when you come here you are not just renting accommodation, but are on holiday the moment you step through the front door and look out from the balcony. In fact you can have a wonderful time here without ever getting into your car till you leave.

There is nothing to separate the Beach House from the beach – no cliffs, no dunes, no promenade and best of all no cars and few people – just the seawall at the bottom of the garden. That makes it wonderfully peaceful here. Indeed this beach is the edge of the internationally designated Swale Nature Reserve to protect this peace for migrating birds.
This being England, the weather is not always perfect, so it is important to note that you are also well-placed here for walks, cycling and other activities. The footpath on the other side of the garden wall is the part of the Saxon Shoreway, a national long distance route from Gravesend to Hastings.
For those occasions when the weather keeps you indoors, the house is equipped not just with television but also board games, children’s books, as well as a wide selection of paperbacks to swap and an art library and gallery.

The combination of a wide variety of activities in the town of Whitstable and nearby with good communications to airports and London makes it ideal for family holidays with small children, weekend breaks from work, a base for tourists from abroad, a honeymoon or even a rare opportunity to commute from the beach to London while their children are on holiday.

This means that it is wonderfully peaceful here. Indeed our first guests described the house as “magical – a very happy place” and many others have given it glowing testimonials for a wide range of different reasons.
